Web64 hardware loader — third-party notices

The transport is an altered Covert Bitops Loadersystem 2.29 implementation. Its Web64 port uses the one-bit, long-filename 1541 protocol, preserves the proven settling window and adds bounded wait/abort and explicit lifecycle handling. This does not assert support for every drive supported upstream.

Altered Exomizer decoder

The decoder is an altered adaptation of Exomizer 3.1.2 exodecrs/exodecrunch.s, commit ba91318e02bc0f69e437379a84348d416c4a19aa from https://bitbucket.org/magli143/exomizer. The Web64 adaptation specializes backward P39/M255 streams and adds input/output/history bounds, scratch-only decoding and error unwinding. It is not the original Exomizer source. Container validation, checksums and transactional installation are separate.
